A reflection on starting something new, experimenting with sound, and discovering how frequency can shift more than we expect.

Today marks one month since I officially launched The Alchemyst.

It has been a quiet but meaningful beginning. Starting something new always carries a mixture of excitement, uncertainty and curiosity, and this first month has been exactly that.

Behind the scenes, a lot has taken shape. The website is live, the booking and payment systems are now in place for some services, and the structure for sessions and offerings is slowly settling into place. These may seem like small operational details, but they are important foundations for building something that can genuinely support people over time.

But the real story of The Alchemyst did not begin with a website.

It began much earlier through a personal exploration of sound, frequency and the body's natural rhythms.

Discovering Sound and Frequency

Like many people, I spent years navigating stress, performance and constant mental activity. I assumed it was simply part of modern life. Something that would pass once the project was finished, the task was completed or the next role arrived.

Yet, like most of us eventually realize, that is rarely the case.

I have always been an experimentalist. Curious about different ways of supporting health, energy and performance. Biohacking, trying new tools, observing how the body responds.

In many ways, I have always approached life this way.

My own kind of alchemist.

Sound healing was something I first explored with curiosity, and honestly, a fair amount of skepticism.

But the more I experienced it, and the more I studied the relationship between frequency and the body, the more I began to notice its effects. Not only in my own state, but also in the experiences of others.

What fascinated me most was a simple realization.

Sometimes change does not begin by forcing the mind to think differently. It begins by shifting the internal state of the body.

A Personal Shift

When the internal environment becomes calmer and more stable, our relationship with the external world begins to change as well.

In many ways this reflects a principle often described as resonance. When the internal frequency shifts, the world around us responds differently.

Before this phase of my life, many people knew me as a well-oiled machine. A workaholic. A fiery businesswoman. Assertive, intense and sometimes intimidating.

Not necessarily the kind of presence that made people immediately feel at ease.

Through my experience with tuning forks, I started noticing subtle but meaningful changes.

It began with the physical. My shoulder and neck tension eased. My body relaxed in ways I had not realised it needed.

But something else began to happen as well.

My awareness sharpened. My clarity about what I value, what I want to do and who I want to become started to deepen.

My perspective began to shift.

And slowly, I noticed my world around me changing too.

Bit by bit it felt like shedding an old shell and becoming someone more grounded, warmer and easier to approach, while still being able to stay clear and assertive in my views.

Of course, there is always room for growth. That is the beautiful part of being human. We continue to evolve and become better versions of ourselves over time.

Why The Alchemyst Exists

The Alchemyst was created as a space for that exploration.

A place where curiosity, science, experience and experimentation can meet. A place where people can discover how sound and frequency may help the body and mind return to a more balanced and coherent state.

It is not about replacing modern knowledge or medicine.

It is about rediscovering how the body naturally responds to vibration, rhythm and frequency, and learning how to work with those principles more consciously.

A Small Invitation

To mark this first month, I will also be hosting a free live webinar on 22 March at 20:30 CET.

It will be an honest and grounded introduction to tuning fork therapy, exploring how frequency interacts with emotion, energy and consciousness and what actually happens during a session.

If you have been curious about this work, you are very welcome to join.

And if you have been following along since the beginning, thank you for being part of the first chapter of The Alchemyst.
